Conference Site and Hotel

The conference will take place at the Canyons Grand Summit Hotel & Conference Center, Park City, Utah. This AAA Four-Diamond resort property is located slope side beside the gondola with its own heated outdoor pool. Accommodations are also available at the Sundial and Silverado lodges (limited availability) located just steps away.

The Canyons is accessible through Salt Lake City International Airport. For ground transportation contact All Resort Express at 800-457-9457, Express Shuttle at 800-397-0773 or Peak Transportation at 877-474-9019.

Reservations

A hotel block at the Canyons Resort has been established and guaranteed through December 15, 2012 at the Early Bird Rate. The regular rate is available only while supplies last. Individual reservations can be made by contacting the resort reservation specialists directly at 1-888-CANYONS or by going on-line at http://www.thecanyons.com/duke.html.

All room rates above include 1 lift ticket per room per night for the length of stay.

Check-in time is after 5:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of the departure. Due to high occupancy levels, the Canyons Resort can not guarantee early check-in or late check-out times. In the event accommodations are not immediately available, baggage storage will be provided.
