We had to figure out a full ICU week on short notice and multiple team members stepped in to fill shifts. Vijay worked nine days in row (!), Jamie did additional days even though we couldn't trade shifts, Rachael had to work night shifts after these additional ones, and Blair was just coming off ICU nights. All these team members went above and beyond to help out when we needed and they all deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication to our ICUs. - Nitin Mehdiratta, MD
