A fist bump for Dr. Joshua Dooley after witnessing a beautiful moment – a colleague approached him and asked if she could give him a thank you. She handed him a little blue ribbon with a note that read “You’re the best. You take such great care of our patients and then you walk away and the patients tell us nurses how much they love you. We want you to know how we all feel about you.” Then she said, “You are the perfect example of knowledge, excellence and kindness.” This was truly a touching moment and what we all aspire to make our patients and colleagues feel.
